Community (Telegram)
Autoconnecto has one public Telegram community for questions, setup help, and sharing issues.

This is not your alarm group
| Group | Purpose |
|---|---|
Community (@autoconnecto_community) | Public chat: how-to, bugs, ideas. Anyone can join. |
| Plant L1 / L2 / L3 (your tenant) | Private ops alarms only. Created under Users → Alarm Escalation. Field engineers join those groups for live alerts. |
Never paste bot tokens, passwords, .env files, or device tokens in the community.
What to post when something breaks
Include:
- Tenant name (or “self-serve Free / EnergyFleet trial”)

How Autoconnecto creates the community (founder)
Do this once in Telegram (the platform cannot create public groups for you):
- Telegram → New Group → name it Autoconnecto Community.
- Add yourself; skip inviting customers yet.
- Group settings → Group type → Public → set username
autoconnecto_community(must match the link above). If that username is taken, pick another and updateCOMMUNITY_TELEGRAM_URLin the website and app config. - Pin a welcome message (template below).
- Invite the first trial customers and anyone who emails support with a product question.
Pinned welcome (copy)
Welcome to Autoconnecto Community.
Use this group for setup questions, dashboard/alarm issues, and SDK/device help.
Do not post secrets (tokens, passwords, .env).
For plant alarm notifications, use your tenant L1/L2/L3 Telegram groups under Users → Alarm Escalation — not this chat.
When reporting a problem, include: tenant name, device name, expected vs actual, and time.
