Scheduler

Open Scheduler. A schedule runs one action on a clock for the devices you select. The list shows the last time the job ran and the next time it will run. The clock is checked every 15 seconds, so a run can start a few seconds after the time shown. The next run is counted from the scheduled time.

Set shared attributes	Writes shared attributes on those devices
Send command	Sends a command
Run rule engine	Starts one Started engine with a scheduled message

Run rule engine does not invent a telemetry reading. The engine must accept scheduled on Message in. Devices are still required, so the chain runs as those devices.

Quiet hours are not a schedule. They are a hold on alarm mail, and they stay off until you turn them on under Users.
