Solutions Catalog

The Solutions catalog (Solutions in the sidebar) lists all published solution templates. Each card shows the solution title and the actions available to you.

Use the Search solutions box at the top to filter by title or description. Cards are newest first (a green New tag marks entries from the last week). Search is the reliable way to find a newly added template in a long catalog (for example JoinedPlantScada, ProcessSymbols, or PowerSymbols).

Sample On (on the preview page) runs the solution’s demo generator at the pack interval (typically about every 5 seconds). That sample rate is not limited by your plan’s minimum telemetry interval. Telemetry retention for sample data follows your plan, the same as any other device.

Sample runs on the platform API host. It stays On until you turn Sample Off. Closing the tab does not stop it.

Solutions remain Solutions forever. Opening a solution lazy-provisions a sample sandbox (demo devices + generator) for your tenant. Use only copies a clean dashboard into Dashboards.

Preview / Open

Opens the solution sandbox. First open creates undeletable demo devices and a sample generator (lazy). Sample On/Off lives on the preview page.

Use

Copies the solution into Dashboards under the name you type. The name is required. The sample data generator, demo devices, and Sample On are not copied. Device bindings are cleared. The result is a normal dashboard: you set your own devices, telemetry keys, and attributes. The solution sandbox stays as it is, so Sample On still works there. When the solution includes a SCADA board, that board is copied with no demo devices bound. Deleting that dashboard also deletes the board, unless another dashboard still uses it.

Delete (platform admin only)

Permanently removes the catalog solution. Available to platform administrators only.

Using a Solution

1. Click Use on a solution card (or Use from preview).
2. Enter a name for the new dashboard.
3. Confirm — Autoconnecto creates a clean dashboard under Dashboards and shows a setup guide.
4. Open the new dashboard and bind your devices, telemetry keys, and attributes. Return to Solutions anytime to try the sample again.
