Say your tenant name (or login email), what you expected, and what you saw. Include the time in IST and the device name if it is a device issue.
Try this first
- Confirm Platform version at the bottom of the left menu (hard-refresh if it looks old).
- Leave Show demos off while you work on your plant.
- On Devices, is the device Active? If not, check power, Wi‑Fi/MQTT, and the access token in the sketch (
BasicTelemetry_mqttfor a first ESP32). - For missing alarm mail or Telegram: connect Tenant Settings → Mail and SMS, then turn email/Telegram on for the right people under Users. An alarm still appears on Alarms even when mail is off.
