Plant OEE

PlantOee is a Solution board for one machine: the OEE widget plus related count and current keys. Sample On feeds demo telemetry. Use copies a clean dashboard without the demo devices.

What you see

Widget	Role
OEE	Availability (on-load vs planned hours), performance (cycles vs expected), quality (good_count / reject_count)
Machine Fleet Runtime	Load from machine_current_a when thresholds are set on the board
Value cards	Cycle / good / reject counts

Quality stays blank until both good and reject counts are present. Performance needs shared attribute machine_expected_cycles_per_hour on the device. No counts are invented.

Telemetry keys (Sample On)

• machine_load_state — on_load / idle / off
• machine_cycle_count, good_count, reject_count
• machine_current_a

Field path

Flash a plant sketch that publishes those keys, or start from Machine_Runtime_mqtt for current and add cycle/good/reject when you have them. Open Solutions → PlantOee → Sample On, then Use when you bind your own device.
