Integrations
An integration brings readings in from another network, or sends a downlink out.
| Integration | Use |
|---|---|
| ChirpStack | LoRaWAN uplink and downlink |
| The Things Stack | LoRaWAN uplink and downlink |
| MQTT broker bridge | Another MQTT broker |
| Generic HTTP | A system that posts readings to Autoconnecto |
Uplink readings are telemetry. They are stored the same way as a device that connects directly. A rule chain on the device profile runs after that, under the same rules.
A device can also send the same JSON reading with CoAP or AMQP. Those are on Check connectivity, on the device. They are not set up on this page.
Integration downlink in a rule chain sends a downlink through ChirpStack or The Things Stack. MQTT publish sends to a broker you name. REST call calls an HTTP API and can write the response back into the message.
