EnergyFleet pilot provisioning
How Autoconnecto staff run the 14-day EnergyFleet trial on the live platform.
Before the visit
- Create or pick the customer tenant (Platform Admin → Tenants), or use their self-serve signup on FREE temporarily.
- Assign plan
ENERGYFLEET_TRIAL(Platform Admin → set tenant plan). That creates anadminsubscription with a 14-dayend_at. - Confirm
BILLING_LIFECYCLE_CRON_ENABLED=trueon EC2 so expiry returns the tenant to FREE if they do not convert. - On Users → Alarm Escalation: Detect Telegram groups → Use as L1 → Save → Send test alarm (see Alarm notification settings).
During the 14 days
- One plant, one gateway, live dashboard, L1 Telegram, one weekly CSV.
- SaaS limits come from
ENERGYFLEET_TRIAL(not the public FREE 3-day retention).
Day 15 — convert or stop
| Outcome | What to do |
|---|---|
| Continue | Platform Admin moves the tenant to Hobby, Starter, Growth, or Enterprise. Customer completes Billing checkout (Dodo) for that plan. |
| Stop | Leave the trial to expire (cron → FREE) or set plan to FREE immediately. Agree hardware return or purchase with the customer separately. |
Travel remains billed at actuals either way. The trial SKU does not charge for platform or included hardware during the 14 days.
