Autoconnecto offers subscription plans in Indian Rupees (INR) with monthly and yearly billing. Limits apply to users, dashboards, devices, telemetry rates, and data retention. Higher plans include white-label branding (your logo and colours on the tenant experience).

Plans and prices below reflect the public catalog. Checkout is in the app after you sign in. If that environment has checkout unconfigured, Upgrade stays disabled and the plan list still shows. Leaving Dodo checkout without paying returns you to Billing with a Checkout cancelled banner; your current plan is unchanged. If the plan cards fail to load after that return, use Reload on the error alert.

Technical limits (all plans)
Each plan also defines (see in-app billing details when subscribing):
- Telemetry per minute and telemetry per day
- Minimum telemetry interval (how fast a reading is stored). A faster post returns HTTP 429 and is not stored. Free is 30 seconds, Hobby 10, Starter 5, Growth 15, Enterprise 15, Enterprise Fast 5.
- Minimum aggregation interval (dashboard/query rollups)

EnergyFleet trial (ops SKU, not self-serve)
ENERGYFLEET_TRIAL is a hidden plan (is_public_visible=false) used for the 14-day one-site EnergyFleet pilot.

When Platform Admin sets a tenant to ENERGYFLEET_TRIAL, the platform writes an admin subscription with end_at = now + 14 days. With BILLING_LIFECYCLE_CRON_ENABLED=true, that tenant automatically returns to FREE after day 14 unless an admin moves them to a paid plan (Hobby / Starter / Growth / Enterprise) and they complete checkout.
Hardware, travel, and “keep or return the gateway” are commercial terms for the pilot — they are not encoded in this SaaS SKU. See the EnergyFleet solution page and EnergyFleet pilot provisioning.
Yearly billing
Yearly prices are listed as a single annual amount (typically ~2 months savings vs paying monthly for 12 months). Checkout is handled in the app billing section after you sign in.
Enterprise and custom deals
The public service is hosted multi-node (app/API and a dedicated Timescale database node). If you need more devices, retention, or capacity than the Enterprise catalog, it can be scaled. Arrange by email or phone:
