Alarms Overview

The Alarms page provides a tenant-wide view of alarm activity so operators can monitor status, review recent updates, and take action on device-related issues.

What You Can Do

• Refresh the alarm list.
• Acknowledge active alarms that have not yet been acknowledged.
• Clear active alarms when the issue has been resolved.
• Open a dashboard using the selected alarm's device context.
• Open a dedicated details view for a specific alarm.

Notifications

The alarm is always listed here, including during quiet hours. Mail and messages follow Alarm Notification Settings.

• Telegram ops group — one tenant group configured under Users
• Email — immediate for Critical and Major, or one combined mail for Warning, Minor, and Clear
• Quiet hours, when turned on, hold those messages until morning

Profile Alarm Rules decide when an alarm opens. A threshold rule watches the live value. A forecast rule is the warning before that value reaches the limit: it opens only while the stored trend will cross inside the horizon, and it closes once the live value crosses. Add both on the same key when you want the early warning and a separate alarm at the crossing. Simple, Duration, and Repeating apply to a threshold. A forecast clears from the trend, not from those three. The rule engine is optional and can stay empty.

A row tagged Forecast is that early warning. The value shown is the latest reading.

Summary Indicators

• Active alarms, and how many of those are not yet acknowledged
• Cleared alarms, kept for history

Acknowledge an alarm that is still open. Cleared alarms are not counted in that number.

Dashboard Navigation

Alarms can be opened in a dashboard so the selected dashboard state and device context are applied for focused investigation.

Alarm Details Access

The alarm list can also open a dedicated details view for deeper inspection of the selected alarm.
