Alarm Summary Widget

Overview

Shows live alarm counts (Active, Unacked, Critical, Total, Major, Minor, Warning, Cleared) for the chosen scope. Counts follow the same scope rules as the Alarm Table. The Alias Manager is separate and unchanged.

Configuration Fields

• Title
• Scope — one of:
  • One selected device — single device drop-down
  • Selected devices — multi-select device drop-down
  • Device type — device-type drop-down (fleet home totals for that type)
  • Asset — asset drop-down (alarms for devices under that asset)
  • Device profile — profile drop-down (alarms for devices on that profile)
  • Entity from dashboard state — no drop-down; uses the device selected on this dashboard state (device detail page)
  • Whole tenant — no drop-down (default when nothing is saved)

• Show Severity Breakdown

Defaults

• Title — "Alarm Summary"
• Scope — Whole tenant (deviceFilterMode = ALL)
• Status — ["ACTIVE", "CLEARED"]
• Severity — ["CRITICAL", "MAJOR", "MINOR", "WARNING"]
• Acknowledgement State — "ALL"
• Compact — true
• Show Severity Breakdown — true

Counts are not capped (this widget needs a real Total / Cleared). The Alarm Table and Device Alarms list widgets stay capped to the latest N the user sets. Fleet dashboards that already save Device type keep counting that type without edits.
