Connected but frozen

A device can stay Active while one key stops changing. That is a stuck meter or a gateway writing the same number. This card lists those devices by name.

It compares the time the key has stayed the same with the usual gap between its readings. The default is three usual gaps. You can set that number from 2 to 30.

A device that is not Active is not listed as frozen. Two readings are required before the card will call a value frozen.
