Factor	Needs
Availability	Telemetry `machine_load_state` with value `on_load` vs planned hours
Performance	Counter `machine_cycle_count` and shared attribute `machine_expected_cycles_per_hour`
Quality	Both `good_count` and `reject_count`

Missing quality keys leave quality and overall OEE blank. The platform does not invent counts.
