Capacity Calculation

1. Compare usage against plan limits.
2. Compute usage percentages for tracked resources.
3. Determine the highest pressure area.
4. Assign the final capacity state.

Rule

• Capacity is the fullest plan cap. The label names that cap, for example users 1/1 on Free. It is not a measure of how busy the plant is.
• Stored keys today counts keys stored, not HTTP posts. One post with temperature and humidity is two.
