Tenant owners and admins define reusable report configurations. Each report is either telemetry (time-series CSV) or alarms (alarm CSV). Types are not mixed.

What you can do

• Create, edit, and delete report definitions
• Download CSV for the configured time window
• Email the CSV now to a recipient list
• Enable a daily, weekly, or monthly email schedule

Scope

Every report must target at least one of:

• explicit devices
• an asset (including child devices)
• a device profile

Telemetry reports also require at least one telemetry key. Alarm reports filter by severity and status (empty = all).

Time windows

Relative windows (last_1h, last_24h, last_7d, last_30d) and IST calendar windows (calendar_day, calendar_week, calendar_month), plus a custom from/to range.
