JoinedPlantScada

JoinedPlantScada is a plant overview Solution: a live SCADA board on top, live KPIs for the primary cell, and active alarms underneath.

Plant overview (home)

1. Open Solutions → JoinedPlantScada.
2. Turn Sample data On.
3. The overview stays on the plant board (you are not moved to a faceplate-only page).
4. You should see:
   • Steel pipes and plant symbols (tank, pump, valve, motor, conveyor, fan, damper, silo, breaker). Valves are green when open and red when closed. The breaker uses substation colours (red live, green open).
   • Four live KPIs (tank, motor RPM, valve, damper) for sample cell 1
   • Alarm severity + plant alarm list for this device type
   • A compact Plant cells count

Sample keeps equipment running. Tank level occasionally dips and motor RPM occasionally spikes so profile alarm rules fire and the alarm widgets fill.

Cell detail

Open a cell from Plant cells or an alarm row. Detail shows KPIs, latest readings, conveyor/fan/damper faceplates, trend, and device alarms for that cell.

Sample behaviour

• Pack interval (~5 s), not limited by plan minimum telemetry gap.
• Retention follows your plan.
• Idle Sample auto-pauses after 30 minutes without preview activity.
