Main Fields

• Name

Create a User

1. Open the Users page.
2. Click Create User.
3. Enter the user details.
4. Configure notifications and access scope.
5. Save the user.

Edit a User

1. Open the Users page.
2. Choose a user.
3. Open the edit form.
4. Update the user details.
5. Save the user.

Delete a User

1. Open the Users page.
2. Choose a user.
3. Delete the user.
4. Confirm the deletion.

Login as User

1. Open the Users page.
2. Choose an eligible user.
3. Click Login as User.
4. Switch into the selected user session.

Messaging Validation

When messaging alerts are enabled, a valid phone number is required.

Alarm Severity Selection

At least one alarm severity must be selected for notifications.

Access Scope

Assigned assets and assigned devices depend on whether global asset or device access is enabled.

Protected Owner Accounts

Protected owner accounts have restricted editing and cannot be deleted.
